Rajendra Subedi

The real Full Contact Fighter-Rajendra Subedi was born on 27th day of May 1977 at his hometown Kathmandu (capital of Nepal). Mr. Surendra and Mrs. Bhawani gave him the birth as their first baby in the family.He started his schooling at Rising Star Secondary School on 1981 A.D. Since his starting in the school, he was good enough in his studies as well as in sports activities and he finished is schooling on 1994 from Holy Land International School.

The life of Subedi takes the new mode from the year 1994 ( just after schooling). He joined Nepal Kyokushi Karate Do Association (recent Matsui Group). At the teen age of 16, it was just almost seven months of him entering in martial arts, he first competed in Regional Karate Tournament in Chitwon (one of the touristic districts of Nepal ). He participated under 50 kg whilst his weight was just 42 kg and having the white belt (10th kyu). Fortunately, in the semi-final, his opponent was there with Black Belt (1st Dan). Even though, he did not lose his spirit, defeated him, fought in the final, and achieved second position in -50 kg category. Since then, he was much more dedicated towards Kyokushin Karate and keep on fighting in the ring. His achievements in the championships goes here :

During his unremitting journey in martial arts, he have visited India, Belgium, Germany and Poland. While in the championship in Poland, he met Mr. Eric Van Vaerenbergh (Black Belt 8th Dan) who is the Dai Shihan ( country representative) of International Kyokushin Budokai Kan to Belgium. Through his kind efforts, Mr. Subedi has become the authorized personnel to have the title of Dai-shihan and granted with the degree of 4th Dan Black Belt on 3rd July 2010.

Now these days he is keenly busy in flourishing the martial way of Kyokushin Budokai Karate in his country NEPAL, the country of Mt. Everest (8,848 mts.). More than 20 dojos are running under his direct supervision in Nepal.
